With extensive experience in the sheet metal and fabrication industry dating back to 2003, Sanjay Bedage, Pravin Mali, Balasaheb Patil and their team have embarked on a journey of collaboration, innovation and the transformation of raw materials into resounding success. Today, they stand at the forefront of the manufacturing industry, heading multiple business units under the names SATTYAM ENGINEERS and SURYA INDUSTRIES. These units proudly serve a diverse clientele, including state governments, cooperative organizations, and private entities within the sugar industry.
In a testament to their unwavering commitment to progress, the team took another significant step in April 2015 by founding BSP METATECH LLP, located in Chakan, Pune. This venture, BSP METATECH LLP, is a well-equipped facility boasting an impressive array of tools and technology, including mechanical and hydraulic stamping presses, heavy-duty TRUMPF laser cutting machines, CNC MIG/TIG and resistance welding capabilities, and the expertise to assemble these intricate components.

Their team consists of highly qualified, experienced, and innovative individuals who make substantial contributions to the group’s rapid advancement. Their collective knowledge and expertise are invaluable assets in the journey towards success.
At BSP METATECH LLP, they offer a comprehensive solution for sheet metal processing. This includes precision laser cutting, CNC bending, stamping, welding, and the production of surface treatment products. These services cater to a wide spectrum of industries, encompassing automotive, non-automotive, and engineering applications. They have become a one-stop solution for all sheet metal processing needs.

Unit -I

Established in 2016, Specially operating processes with Stamping, Welded assemblies and surface coated products for automotive clients. Monthly installed capacity is processing of 500MT processing and currently running with 70% occupied capacity. We process thicknesses ranges from 0.5mm to 6 mm in MS/SS and aluminum grades.

Unit -II

Established in End of 2023, Specially operating processes with Laser Cutting, Bending, heavy fabrications and surface coated products for Non-automotive/ Off road and export clients. Monthly installed capacity is processing of 900MT processing and currently running with 20% occupied capacity. We process thicknesses ranges from 0.5mm to 50 mm in MS, 0.5-25 mm in SS and up to 10mm in aluminum grades.
